Refugees from Togo were spotted on Awolowo Road in Lagos this morning, close to the the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants, and Internally Displaced Person, NCFRMI, office.
The refugees have since been registered by NCFRMI officials and the agency is working to help them. See more photos below...
