The Defence Headquarters, on Tuesday, vowed to deal with cadets of the Nigerian Defence Academy who were pictured punishing some civilians.
Pictures of the cadets punishing the civilians circulated on social media early on Tuesday.
In a series of tweets, the DHQ said the cadets who appeared in the pictures would be punished, saying that the Nigerian military officials had no right to punish any individual unjustly.
