Big Brother Africa 2015 Cancelled

No Big Brother Africa show this year.

Africa’s biggest reality TV show, Big Brother Africa (BBA) has been cancelled. It will be recalled that the winner of 2014 BBA was Idris Sultan ( Tanzania). Tay Faniran (Nigeria) was the first runner up.

Organisers of the reality TV show said their decision to cancel this year’s show was due to lack of sponsorship.

The Manager of Multichoice Ghana, Anne Sackey confirmed on Sunday that they at Multichoice Ghana had received notice from MNET that this year’s edition of Big Brother Africa would not hold.

She explained that MNET did not give them any reasons as why they would not be holding the Big Brother this year, but then, “she personally thinks it’s due to sponsorship constraints”.

We look forward to the show  in 2016.

Big Brother Africa Cancels This Year’s Edition

This is bad news for the Big Brother Africa lovers as the reality TV show (Big Brother Africa) may not be holding this year as expected. This may be due to lack of sponsorship as the organizers, Africa Magic and Endemol, were unable to get sponsorship for this year’s edition of the show. According to vanguard, the manager, Multichoice Ghana, Anne Sackey confirmed that they have received the notice from MNET that this year’s edition of Big Brother Africa will not hold. Although she did not give reason as to why it is being cancelled, many believe it is due to lack of sponsorship. This is quite sad for the BBA lovers !!! but we do hope to see them next year though.
